 Paris Volley is again the champion of France. In finals Paris Volley won both matches against Stade Poitevin VB Poitiers. Paris defended its title from previous season.
Paris played stable in French volleyball championship all the season. In the play-off Paris lost just one game in Toulouse. Also for Poitiers to finish second is a big success. French league will have two teams in the Champions League 2007/2008 - Paris (the champion) and Cannes (cup winner) .
In play-off we will see Paris Volley, AS Cannes Volley-Ball, Stade Poitevin VB Poitiers and Toulouse Toac-Tuc Volley-Ball. Paris was for the most the part of regular season on the first place in championship. Cannes won French cup and in championship finished closely second. Team Poitiers was successful in CEV European cup, Poitiers gained 4th place. The biggest surprise in french league is participation of Toulouse in play-off. Two years ago Toulouse came from Pro B and this year they play already for the medals. Two teams are leaving Pro A, Avignon Volley-Ball and Nice Volley-Ball are going to participate in Pro B.
