Last season Roma finished on 9th place. Your plan for actual season is play-off or even higher position?
Our objective of this season is to arrive in fifth - sixth position and to play the playoff with good technical quality.
If you imagine you can have everything/everybody... What would you need to become the champion in Italy?
In order to win the championship we need time to make some players grow and to insert in our game another players.
Italy and the rest of world has problem with players, old players has to play until almost 40. Why do you think there is less and less young talented volleyball players?
The only prescription that I know is to make play the young players because only this way they can grow. I believe player´s experience in the game is indispensable.
Many Italian coaches are working with national teams of other countries. Would it be challenge for you too?
I would like to train a national team or clubs abroad. There are many competitive teams with good players.
You won everything as volleyball players. What is your dream as a coach?
I like to create good players, to see them play on the high level and to be able to win with them.
