GRADEV SPORTS announces that the final hearing in the case vs. BVF before the Bulgarian Supreme Administrative Court will take place on 18 September 2008. GRADEV SPORTS is determined to cancel the current ITC fee and many other rules laid down in the BVF International Transfer Rules. In case of success for GRADEV SPORTS, then all EU volleyball federation must drop the fees for issuing the ITCs and the ITCs must be delivered for free, as it is in every other sport.
