Matias started as Buenos Aires University´s mens volleyball team press director. In 2002 he worked as FIVB´s Men World Championship press assistant. Before that, he was contract by Bolívar City Club team as press director in 2002. Rosa also is press assessor of Ideas del Sur (South Ideas), the most important TV entertainment producer in his country, since august 2003.

His profile was selected to be press director of many international volleyball tournaments: Bolívar Cup 2006, 2008 & 2009; Mercosur South American cup 2007; World Challenge Club Volleyball Cup 2008 (in Argentina) & 2009 (in Irvine, USA).

During 2010 he joined to Crónica national newspaper and to Del Plata AM radio as volleyball journalist.

Matías wrote “Bolívar, argentine volleyball capital” book, edit in 2007. The job was presented in FIVB in the negotiation for Argentina to return to the World League.
