Finally a person ends up with all the falseness of the environment and make a formal complaint against the sport he loves so many people and even gives its name to this web portal. I raise a complaint through the air. I shout from the rooftops that volleyball discriminates and ruins the dream of popularity, fame, success and money that only some gain at the expense of hitting a ball over a net.

Thinking about becoming a pro volleyball player? Really?! Why? Haha, just kidding. Here's why I did… I hope it can help you in making that leap if you choose to do so.

Is it because of the thrill of victory? Or the challenge of the sport's required skills? Maybe it's because it allows me to focus on one thing and live in those moments while on the court? It could be, maybe, that it gives me pleasure to do something that I'm good at? Or to make money doing it? Perhaps, it's the idea of a foreign place with foreign people and things?

The question is: how to start writing a blog? Every beginning is a difficult one. Our first ride on a bike is usually a bumpy one. Our first effort to swim without help is also an adventure. Those two are hard to compare straight to writing a blog but I think I made my point clear.

All around the World you can see a lot of volleyball fans and places to play our favorite sport. The World Club Championship in Doha was a perfect example of that.

I often receive emails asking for help to find a club. I would like to help everyone, but I´m not volleyball agent:-) What I can do is to give you advice which will increase your chances to find your dream club.
