Canada out of World League 2008

 Canada will be missing in World League 2008 due to financial problems. One more country will have chance to play FIVB World League. FIVB is giving time for proposal from other countries.
The proposals coming from other countries will be examined by the World League Council. The calendar of the 2008 World League will fbe the same as the last editions. 4 pools of 4 teams will compete for 6 weekends, from Friday 13 June 2008 to Sunday 20 July 2008. The Final Round will be played from 23 to 27 July 2008 in Rio de Janeiro.
