Although Olympiakos lost the first game in Athens he finally managed to take the championship.
Olympiacos took the first Championship title in its history by winning AEK by 3-1 at the third of the finals.

Olympiacos, Foinikas Siros, Pamvohaikos and Iraklis Thessalonikis participated at the final four of the Greek Cup in Rethymnon, Crete. Olympiacos after winning the League Cup took another trophy, that of Greek Cup.
